Mrs Ellis explained everything very clearly and was able to answer questions and explain my options where there were choices of treatment. Follow-up appoitments were helpful. She is a very approachable person and easy to talk to.
When i first met Tracy i felt like my whole world was crumbling in , she soon put me at ease it was like i was the only person Tracy was looking after ,explained in detail what is going to happen to me, how it will affect me during the treatment and she was so positive that i will get better and the team that works for Tracy are so caring and helpful that i felt i could not be in better hands , its not somewhere anyone would like to be but if you have to be there its the best place you could be . On a final note Tracy is such a special lady has a gift to make you feel that you can trust her implicitly
I consider myself to have been most fortunate to have been under the care of Tracey Ellis and the Radiographers at the Rosemere Centre. Tracey takes great care to explain all aspects of the treatment and likely side effects.
Tracey is very patient and her kind and friendly manner is most reassuring.
Tracey explained the situation relating to my condition in as much detail as I could cope with. She answered every question in plain language so I understood what I was getting into, both the advantages of Radiotherapy and the possible disadvantages. At my level of prostate cancer the success rates - Surgery / Radiotherapy - were very similar and it was as much Tracey explanations and openness as anything else that caused me to choose Radiotherapy. My treatment finished six weeks ago and my PSA today is zero - that's as good as it gets !
i found with this healthcare professional & her team they gave a friendly & highly competent service & i thank them all.
Mrs Tracey Ellis was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
